Junkies are a group of punks in Captain Pronin Superstar who are often using illicit drugs to get high and are distinguished by having blue skin. Swistunov is the most notable character of this group and is the only one to appear in another episode outside of Captain Pronin - Grandson of Major Pronin where him and his junkies are hitting it up in a local cafe until Captain Pronin arrives.
